Brian Booth experience at Borley

I was stationed at RAF Wethersfield from 1982 - 1984. I had the opportunity to take a trip to the Borley grounds. I have/had some great photos of grave stones including the one in the church. I heard a story from a close friend while there in the UK that just weeks before our visit, other US Servicemen went to the location. The story goes that one of the guys was making smart remarks during the visit. Then when they left and were an estimated quarter mile away, the car lifted off the road and was set down in a field. They said it was impossible that the car lost control because of bad driving. With the deep ditches & high imbankments along the roads, they would have demolished the car. They insisted that the car rose off the road and set them down in the field. Any truth to this story? You make up your own mind.
